Mountain biking...

Whether you take on an action packed tour or an easy one is up to you when you explore the nature around here by bike. There are 400 km of marked biking routes, a remarkable network with something for every ability. Everyone will find something that appeals to them, in the biking that takes you through unbelievable scenery, untouched nature, and tricky single trails.

Freeriding...

Freeriding in its purest form. The freeriding region of Saalbach Hinterglemm offers everything that a freerider’s heart could desire. The absolute highlights are surely the spectacular Z-Line, the X-Line, one of the longest freeride trails in Europe, the Adidas Freeride with Pro & Blue Line, the beginner-friendly Milka Line, the legendary Hacklberg Trail, or the challenging Bergstadl Trail.

Hiking...

On the 400 km of hiking paths, you can put to the test the poet’s lines “the miller’s joy is wandering”. Of course, the hiking paths here are perfectly marked, and take you through an Alpine summer paradise that is sure to leave you with lots of lasting hiking memories. Whether you plan to set out on your own, or with children, or on one of the panoramic walks, or prefer to take part in a guided hike, you are sure to have a fantastic time.

Family...

There is plenty for everyone in Saalbach Hinterglemm, whatever age you are. There are exciting adventure and discovery mountains for the little ones, whilst a high ropes garden, wood and water parks, adventurous sports, a treetop walk, the Golden Gate Bridge of the Alps, a leisure pool etc. provide the rest of the family with plenty of fun and entertainment.

Climbing...

In the heart of the head of the valley of Saalbach Hinterglemm there is an amazing high ropes park, surrounded by a most impressive backdrop of mountains. Test your limits and find out how scared of heights you are on the various attractions here. There are lots of ropes courses, the “Europe slide”, canyoning, the Jump & Slide Park, the Glemmtal treetop walkway, and the Lindlingalm all within a short distance of each other.

Swimming...

In need of feeling refreshed? If, after exhausting hikes, mountain biking tours or similar you fancy a cool dip, or perhaps like the idea of simply enjoying a day of relaxation, there are several places that are ideal for this, like for example the “Käpt’n Hook” leisure pool, the mystical “Teufelswasser”, the nearby Zell lake, and more besides. For those interested, the Zell lake also offers sailing, windsurfing, and kayak courses.
